Mar Serena regulations

To make your stay a pleasant experience we suggest the following:

1.-Take note of our rate, before deciding to take our services.

2. - Review the effectiveness of the inventory that contains the Cabin or Housing Unit. At check out please leave de cabin or unit under the same conditions of your arrival.

3.- Take care not to leave valuables (jewelry, cash, or other electronic equipment) in Cabin or Housing Unit. For peace of mind we offer safe deposit box at reception. The loss of them will be your responsibility.

4. - The maid service includes cleaning and order your cabin or dwelling unit, linen change (every 3 nights), or as needed. Change towels as passenger preference, according to environmental sustainability measures adopted for us, listed in the bathroom mirror. Towels on the floor means please change; and hanging towels means we will use it again.
Cleaning services does not include washing dishes or pots.
This service must be requested at reception until 15:00 hrs According to departure time.

5. - For more harmony among our guests, disturbing noises are prohibited and requires appropriate behavior based on good manners.

6. - The Check Out (Departure), should be done until 12:00 hrs. On the day announced. If you want to leave later or extend your stay, you should check availability with Reception (dial 10). An extra 50% will be charged if you extend your stay to 17:00 hrs. and as full day after this time.

7. - Check in (arrival) is from 15:00 hrs.

8. ? Please do not take towels to the pool or the beach.

9. - No pets allowed.

10 - According to current legislation the areas of smokers and nonsmokers within the establishment are:
a) In closed common use areas for guests, smoking is not permitted.
b) In cabins or dwelling units smoking is allowed.
c) In open areas such as gardens, swimming pool, terraces, smoking is allowed.
Thank you for your cooperation, leaving cigarette butts in ashtrays or trash cans.

11.- Guests are responsible for knowing the Security Protocol set for emergencies, available in the manual of information provided in each housing unit.
